I help healthcare organizations adopt AI responsibly, build confident leaders, and design future ready workforce strategies that support caregivers and patients.
How healthcare and HR leaders build confidence, capability, and trust in the age of intelligent work.
I am an HR executive and thought leader operating at the intersection of healthcare operations and workforce innovation. For over 20 years, I have helped organizations navigate complex changes. Currently, as the Director of HR Workforce Transformation at Intermountain Health, my focus is on the future: modernizing talent strategies, leveraging AI and skills intelligence, and preparing leaders for the digital health landscape.
I believe in bridging the gap between practice and theory. That is why, in addition to my corporate work, I serve as an adjunct professor at the University of Utah’s David Eccles School of Business. I am also pursuing my doctorate, where I am researching the impacts of impostor syndrome and confidence within healthcare leadership.
