Lance Bradshaw helps healthcare organizations build confident leaders, stronger adoption capability, and future-ready workforce strategies in the age of AI. As Director of HR Workforce Transformation at Intermountain Health, he works at the intersection of leadership development, workforce strategy, digital adoption, and large-scale organizational change.
With more than 20 years of healthcare leadership experience, Lance brings an unusually practical perspective to the stage. His work spans workforce transformation, leadership development, cross-functional alignment, and the human side of AI adoption inside complex systems.
In addition to his executive work, Lance serves as an adjunct instructor at the University of Utah David Eccles School of Business and is pursuing doctoral research focused on leadership confidence, impostor syndrome, and AI-enabled development in healthcare environments.
